The Land Cruiser is not touching other body-terrain vehicles designed for use on pavement. The driver may notice “heavy” because the body tilts clearly when cornering and because it is so quick to support the changes as an Audi Q7, BMW X5 or a Lexus RX.
It’s a comfortable car, both with normal suspension as the rear air springs and variable damping. In broken roads, the suspension filtered well field imperfections. With the “KDSS” these imperfections are mitigated even more (just feel, or the steering wheel).
Faced with deep potholes is also very effective on how to cushion the impact. During the presentation has given me the feeling that the rear suspension is drier than the front springs in the version with rear tires, something I’ve noticed with normal spring (the latter three-door body).
